In our online store, you can take advantage of the following shipping and payment options. These shipping and payment methods apply to the territory of Romania. We also ship to other EU countries, specifically Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Croatia and Slovenia. For these countries, please use the language switcher in the upper right corner.
Due to a significant number of unclaimed COD shipments, we are increasing the COD price to 10 Lei. At the same time, you will receive a 5 Lei discount if you choose to pay by card, bank transfer, or Apple Pay / Google Pay.
Please note that by confirming your order, you agree to accept the goods. If the shipment is refused, we may charge you for the shipping costs incurred.

Delivery information
Products with the stock availability "IN STOCK. Ready for dispatch." are sent on the same working day if you order by 11:00. Such goods can also be promptly prepared for pick up at our store. Products with the stock availability "IN STOCK. Dispatch within 2 working days." will be sent as indicated. Example: You order such goods on Monday at 2:00 p.m. We will send it to your address on Tuesday, or at the latest on Wednesday, depending on the current capacity of carriers and our own capacity.
You will receive information about the shipment by e-mail together with the tracking number. You will also receive an SMS.
